As a one lady small business that makes all orders with great care and thought, refunds and exchanges cannot be offered only for a change of mind.

Please make sure to refer to the body measurement size chart, the further garment measurements provided on each product page, and the photos of each garment when purchasing. All tops and dresses are a relaxed fit while all skirts have a giving elastic waist. The images provided are matched as closely as possible to the correct fabric colours in person.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sample items or sale items.

Exchanges for Size

If the item does not fit correctly, has not been customised, unworn, swing tags attached and unwashed an exchange can be offered.​ 

 

Contact via contact@lolmangan.com within 4 days of receiving your garment or item and the address will be provided to send back at the cost of the sender.

You are able to exchange the garment or item for the same in a different size or a different garment or item of equal value. A credit will be issued to you if choose another garment or item that is a lesser price.

 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty garment or item please contact contact@lolmangan.com  - cost for return postage for incorrectly sent and faulty garment or item will be covered by Lol Mangan.

 

For faulty garments that cannot be fixed a refund will be issued. A garment is not considered faulty if the customer does not follow the care instructions. These garments are handmade with the upmost care, therefore there might differences of 2-3cm in the sizing.
